If you don't agree, please don't use them. The ScreenGym app has its own Terms & Privacy, which apply to the app in addition to these terms.
Ainalitic offers a small set of tools and services: the ScreenGym app, Best Roaming, Mobile Tariff Selection, Mobile Bill Saver, and Strategy Consulting. Some of them may still be in development. A service is only available once it is actually offered on this website or in an app store; until then, nothing is promised under it.
Best Roaming, Mobile Tariff Selection, and Mobile Bill Saver give information and recommendations based on what you enter and on publicly available pricing. We do our best to keep them accurate, but:
Strategy Consulting provides analysis and recommendations based on the information you share and the data available. It is advisory only. The final decision, and responsibility for it, stays with you or your organization. The scope, timing, and fee of an engagement are agreed with you in writing before work starts.
Please don't misuse the website or services: don't try to disrupt them, gain unauthorized access, or use them for anything unlawful. In particular, don't use automated tools (such as scrapers or bots) to collect, copy or republish the data, prices, comparisons or other content of our tools, in whole or in substantial part, without our written permission.
The Ainalitic name, logo, and the content of this website belong to Ainalitic unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without our written permission. This includes the databases and compilations of prices, plans and recommendations used by our tools, which are protected by copyright and by database rights under applicable law. Prices shown originate from the respective providers, whose names and trademarks belong to them.
Some services refer to or link to third parties such as mobile operators, eSIM providers, app stores, or payment platforms. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, prices, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
We collect only what is needed to provide each service. Website visit statistics through Google Analytics are only collected if you consent. These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence that apply regardless.
